Cookie ingredients: natural creamy peanut butter, water, gluten free all purpose flour (garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, fava bean flour). Icing ingredients: yogurt powder, tapioca starch, tapioca maltodextrin, coconut milk powder, coconut flour, milk solids, tapioca maltodextrin, apple pectin. Coloring: red beet, turmeric, honeydew, carob powder. This is a 2 1/4 inch size cookie. These treats are gluten-free and wheat-free. 6 month shelf life. Crude moisture 6.8%, crude protein 15.7%, crude fat 21.2%, crude fiber 1.3%.
